Founded in 2005 by Harley Belot,  Belot Property Group is family business built on experience, passion and dedication.

Belot Property Group is the parent company of Belot, who specialise in custom, luxury residential properties and Belot Commercial, who deliver turnkey commercial properties, specialising in childcare centers. 

The Belot team possess a wealth of experience across a wide variety of property disciplines. The Belot Property Group work with trusted suppliers and specialist subcontractors to achieve consistent high standards for all projects.

Belot have recently been acknowledged with three HIA awards:

Harley harnesses his passion and enthusiasm for the construction industry to manage and build high quality, complex projects.

He has been at the helm of Belot Property Group since the beginning and has delivered projects valued close to $80 million. His vast technical knowledge and attention to detail delivers high quality finishes.

Tony Gacovski

Director of Operations

Tony brings more than 15 years of experience to the role, meaning there isn’t an issue he hasn’t faced. As well as being across the detail on site, he is a great people person and relationship manager.

Tony manages estimating, contract administration and budget forecasting and project delivery. Tony has delivered a vast portfolio of projects from top-end residential, light commercial buildings and apartments.

Madeleine is BPG’s people person. She manages our personnel and is head of the Human Resources team. Madeleine has more than ten years experience in psychology and human resources. At BPG, Madeleine manages the acquisition and retention of staff as well as supervising contracts and administrative functions of the company.

We know that customers get the best out of us when we are working in sync with each other. BPG groups individuals with complimentary skillsets into a great team. We blend details orientated project planners with great communicators and managers to ensure we execute top quality building projects on time and on budget.

Madeleine works tirelessly to maximise the efficiency of Belot Property Group by optimising employee satisfaction.

Maree manages the buying and selling of properties for BPG. She brings more than 20 years property transaction experience, primarily heading up the sales teams for development companies and as a real estate agent.

Spotting value and selling property opportunities is Maree’s passion. She has been making customers happy with her honesty and integrity throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria her entire professional career.

Maree has an art design background and has been involved with BPG since its inception.

Harley’s life is construction and development. It is literally in his blood. While most children grow up playing with toys, Harley was either running after his architect, builder and developer father on site or getting under the feet of his designer and real estate agent mother. With this upbringing, there was little doubt Harley was destined for an exciting future in the property industry.

He now harnesses his passion and enthusiasm for the sector to manage and build high quality, complex residential and light commercial builds as the managing director of Belot Property Group (BPG). He’s been at the helm of BPG since 2005, in that time he’s delivered a number of stunning and diverse projects valued at close to $30million. Harley’s vast technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail means BPG delivers exceptional high quality finishes. It’s what sets him apart and why his clients love working with him.

Tony is BPG’s Director of Operations. He brings more than 15 years of experience to the role, meaning there isn’t an issue he hasn’t faced in delivering construction projects on schedule and within budget.

As well as being across the detail on site, Tony is a great people person. His superior communication skills mean all trades and suppliers know their role and deliver on time. This is one of the reasons BPG has such a great industry network.

Tony performs BPG’s estimating, contract administration and budget forecasting and delivery.

He has delivered a vast portfolio of projects including work in top-end residential, split block developments, light commercial and inner city and metropolitan apartment renovations.
